RETURNS

At Maison de René, we produce intentionally small collections using selected materials. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

We happily accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If something doesn’t arrive quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition it was received. Store credit will be issued after the return has been received and inspected by our team.

STORE CREDIT

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Think of it as an excuse to come back for your next René piece.

ALTERATION COURTESY CREDIT

We want every Maison de René piece to feel just right.

If you purchased an eligible pair of pants, capris, or long shorts and paid for a length alteration, we’re happy to offer you a $10 Maison de René credit toward your next purchase as a courtesy.

Please email us with your order number and proof of alteration expense, and our team will send you your personal $10 credit code.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Maison de René is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

FINAL SALE

For hygiene reasons, select intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

We offer direct exchanges for a different size within 14 days of delivery.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Maison de René does not cover these fees.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, Maison de René is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you’re unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
